Every time I’ve offered the Henri Boillot wines this year, they sold out in head-turning speed. I guess when Burghound says it’s “a knockout and clear candidate for the best premier cru of the vintage” it’s no surprise.
With most of France on holiday and/or at the Olympics, it’s definitely the sloooow season and offers from my suppliers have been few and far between. One did poke their head up with an offer on a nice little parcel of more 2022 Henri Boillot, which I quickly moved in on. Bonus to pick it up at the original price!
